My husband and I can no longer afford our home and we are on the path to short sale. We are willing to downsize our living situation from our current 4 bedroom home in dana Point (~600,000 ) to a one or two bedroom in the san diego area (solona beach to La Jolla). is ther e a option to swap with a lower monthly payment rather than to short sale. Any suggestion out there
